I help leaders identify the business growth possibilities of a technology-enriched strategy.

I combine 15 years of experience as an innovation and strategy researcher, with technical skills in data, advanced analytics and machine learning. Having worked internationally managing high performing research and analytics-focused teams, I currently work in Deloitte's AI & Data team as a Manager, at the University of Waikato and as a Senior Lecturer in Innovation and Strategy. My work involves developing promising business use cases for data, AI and emerging technologies, creating road-maps for their implementation, and supporting amazing emerging talent.

I am a governance board member of the Artificial Intelligence Researchers Association and a member of The Institute for Ethical AI & Machine Learning and affiliated with the following research centres:
